The landscape has been carefully designed to remain intact and expressive, with exclusively native plant species selected to foster an ecosystem in which Mediterranean scrub becomes an integral part of each Residenza. Ancient olive trees, juniper, and sculpted granite define a concept of wellbeing deeply rooted in the local landscape.
This relationship extends to the materials themselves. Local stone, Sardinian granite, and marble define the palette, alongside reclaimed elements reimagined through contemporary design. The result is an environment where architecture and landscape coexist in balance, each enhancing the other.
